The course also includes leadership, organizational skills, implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans for the preschool child. Major Concepts/Content: This childcare training course that involves the development and implementation of lesson plans for the preschool child. Students will be instructed in the management and operation of an onsite developmental Wee Wildcat preschool. Upon successful completion of these courses, students will be certified and qualified for the Early Childhood Professional Certification. Students will learn to interact professionally with children, parents and coworkers. They will develop an extensive teaching portfolio and display their work at the showcase of Mastery projects for potential employers.
