Mr. Anthony Orsano | Assistant Principal for Student Affairs (Last Names A - K)
Mr. Orsano earned his undergraduate degree in English from Rutgers University and his master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. After moving from New Jersey in 2017, he began his teaching career in Florida in Polk County Schools and joined the Hillsborough School District in 2019 as a Reading teacher at Bloomingdale High School. He is thankful for getting the opportunity to take over the Theatre department in 2021 and helped to grow that program, while continuing to teach English classes as well. In 2023, Mr. Orsano moved into the position of Dean of Climate and Culture at Bloomingdale. This year, he will be an Assistant Principal for Student Affairs and is looking forward to helping our students reach their goals. Outside of school, Mr. Orsano enjoys spending time with his family (usually at the beach or in the pool), watching his beloved and cursed NY Giants, and randomly running into students at neighborhood stores and restaurants. Go Bulls!
