Coach Marlo Hollingshed brings over 15 years of coaching experience, leadership, and vision to Morgan High School as the head football coach. Tasked with the exciting opportunity of building a brand-new football program, Coach Hollingshed is committed to laying the foundation for a culture rooted in strength, unity, and determination. 

His coaching philosophy emphasizes developing student-athletes both on and off the field. Coach Hollingshed is enthusiastic about creating a program that values accountability, teamwork, and resilience while prioritizing academic and character development. He believes success is measured by the growth of each player, ensuring they feel valued and learn life lessons through football. 

Drawing on his experience and proven leadership, Coach Hollingshed is excited to establish the traditions and identity of the Morgan High Mustangs football program. From recruiting and developing talent to creating an environment of excellence, he aims to inspire players, staff, and the community to rally around a shared vision for success. 

Beyond the field, Coach Hollingshed is dedicated to fostering strong community ties. He plans to engage with the Morgan High community through youth camps, outreach events, and activities that build pride in the Mustangs' program.
