    With over eleven seasons of coaching experience at both the varsity and JV levels, Coach Alissa Jergensen has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams and players. Throughout her career, Alissa has coached at esteemed schools such as Berkeley Prep, Tampa Bay HEAT, Newsome, and Bloomingdale, consistently leading teams to success. As the Volleyball Director at i9 Sports, Coach Jergensen has inspired athletes of all ages and skill levels. Alissa has had the honor of coaching two teams ranked in the top 10 nationally, and most recently, led her team to the state quarterfinals.
     

    Coach Jergensen is thrilled to coach at Morgan High School, eager to make a lasting impact not only on Morgan volleyball program but on the entire community. From the ground up, the focus is on creating a strong foundation where athletes not only develop their technical skills but also learn the importance of teamwork, trust, and resilience. By fostering a culture of commitment and hard work, Coach Alissa aims to build a team that competes with passion and purpose, embracing each practice and game as an opportunity to grow. With a unified volleyball program at Morgan High School, the goal is clear: to make strides toward becoming a competitive force, while prioritizing the core values of strength, unity, and the determination to win each day, both on and off the court.
