    State of Florida Contracts and Agreements
    As per Florida Administrative Code 6A-1.012(5), the district school board shall receive and give consideration to the prices available to it under rules of the Department of Management Services, Division of Purchasing. District school boards may use prices established by the Division of Purchasing through its state purchasing agreements. Current state contracts and agreements are available to be viewed at State Contracts and Agreements / State Purchasing / Business Operations / Florida Department of Management Services - DMS (myflorida.com).

    Authorization to Perform Work
    All vendors/providers must receive an HCPS purchase order prior to the provision of any product or service. Shipments and/or services shall be as specified on the purchase order, conforming to the specifications and general instructions. Some orders may be placed with District P-Cards, if allowable per District Procurement guidelines.

VendorLink Registration and Solicitation System

  • VendorLink is the District's online vendor registration and solicitation system. Vendors are required to register through this system to receive email notification as solicitations are posted.
