Private School Complaint Procedure

  • Nonprofit private school officials have the right to file a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) if they believe that Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) has not conducted timely and meaningful consultation or has failed to consider their views during the planning and implementation of federally funded services.

    To initiate the complaint process, please complete and submit the official complaint form to:
