Overview
To provide leadership, guidance and support for all school-based FACE Ambassadors. 

Key Components
Equip school-based liaisons with resources and strategies that helps strengthen their family and community engagement efforts, in support of overall school improvement.  

Provide an ongoing professional learning series centered around the High Reliability Schools Framework and implementing a support network.

Through a shared responsibility approach, collaborate with the Hillsborough County Council Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) to implement a comprehensive, strength-based, and capacity building approach, to the inclusion of family engagement.

Long-Term Impact
To strengthen family engagement practices, on school campuses, linked to learning, which contributes to enhanced academic performance, daily attendance and higher graduation rates.
