    To provide a framework that ensures that fathers and father figures are equipped with the skills and strategies that enables them to become advisors, advocates and decision makers within schools and the community.

    Key Components
    Utilize a strengths-based approach to support the intentional integration of fathers and father figures on school campuses. 

    Empower fathers and father figures to better understand curriculum, learning standards and academic expectations for students. 

    Empower fathers and father figures to effectively advocate for their children’s needs and educational rights. 

    Encourage fathers and father figures to take on leadership roles on school committees, Parent-Teacher Associations (PTAs), and other school governance bodies.

    Long-Term Impact
    Increased father and father figures engagement opportunities within schools, linked to learning, contribute to enhanced students’ academic performance at school.
